Deliveries are generally made between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested timeframe. During holidays and other high-volume periods, deliveries may be completed outside our normal timeframe.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, the recipient’s phone number, and any necessary access instructions when placing your order. Grace Flowers generally makes one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a safe location, with a neighbor, front desk, receptionist, or another authorized recipient when appropriate. The recipient may be notified by phone or text.
An additional delivery fee may apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, restricted access, or the recipient’s unavailability. If redelivery is scheduled more than two days after the original delivery date, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the original arrangement. A remake may be required for an additional charge.
