During holidays and other high-volume periods, deliveries may be completed outside our normal timeframe.

Grace Flowers generally makes one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a safe location, with a neighbor, front desk, receptionist, or another authorized recipient when appropriate.
