During holidays and other high-volume periods, deliveries may be completed outside our normal timeframe.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, the recipient’s phone number, and any necessary access instructions when placing your order. Grace Flowers generally makes one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a safe location, with a neighbor, front desk, receptionist, or another authorized recipient when appropriate. The recipient may be notified by phone or text.
An additional delivery fee may apply if redelivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, restricted access, or the recipient’s unavailability.
